Teknik destek program\u0131n\u0131n amac\u0131, e\u011fitim, dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k ve uzman g\u00f6revlendirme yolu ile kamu, sivil toplum ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r kurulu\u015flar\u0131nda kurumsal kapasite art\u0131\u015f\u0131 sa\u011flamak. Fizibilite deste\u011fi program\u0131n\u0131n amac\u0131, yat\u0131r\u0131m projelerine ili\u015fkin analiz ve proje geli\u015ftirme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini destekleyerek proje havuzunun g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi ve alternatif finansman imkanlar\u0131ndan yararlanma oran\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131.<\/p>\n
Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede Samsun\u2019un Ayvac\u0131k il\u00e7esinde \u0130l\u00e7e M\u00fcft\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc toplant\u0131 salonunda d\u00fczenlenen toplant\u0131 ile ba\u015flayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar; 12 \u015eubat 2019 Sal\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fc saat 10.00\u2019da Asarc\u0131k\u2019ta kaymakaml\u0131k toplant\u0131 salonunda, saat 14.00\u2019te ise Kavak\u2019ta \u0130l\u00e7e Tar\u0131m ve Orman M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc toplant\u0131 salonunda planlanan toplant\u0131lar ile devam edecek.
