Verilen diyet re\u00e7eteleri ve ak\u015fam yeme\u011fi i\u00e7in \u00f6nerilen g\u0131dalar ise genellikle kilo verme odakl\u0131 oluyor. Oysa ofis \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir fark\u0131 var. Onlar az hareket ediyor ve daha \u00e7ok beyin enerjilerini kullan\u0131yor. Beyin ise v\u00fccudumuzun en fazla enerji t\u00fcketen organ\u0131 \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken sahip oldu\u011fumuz enerjinin y\u00fczde 20\u2019sini tek ba\u015f\u0131na t\u00fcketiyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla g\u00fcn sonunda ofisten \u00e7\u0131karken halsiz ve alabildi\u011fine a\u00e7 hissediyoruz&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Dyt Balak\u00e7\u0131, genellikle T\u00fcrk halk\u0131 olarak yap\u0131lan en b\u00fcy\u00fck hatan\u0131n ak\u015fam yeme\u011fi i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f tam donan\u0131ml\u0131 sofralara oturmak olarak a\u00e7\u0131klayarak, &#8220;Dahas\u0131, ak\u015fam yeme\u011fi saatlerimiz de ge\u00e7: 19.00-20.00 aras\u0131 sofraya oturuyoruz. Bunun \u00f6nlemini almak ad\u0131na hafta i\u00e7inde yiyece\u011finiz ak\u015fam yemeklerinizi hafta sonlar\u0131nda haz\u0131rlay\u0131n. Bu da fastfood restoranlara gitmeyin, galeta, bisk\u00fcvi gibi bir \u015feyler yiyip yeme\u011fi ge\u00e7i\u015ftirmeyin anlam\u0131na geliyor. Yiyin ama yedikleriniz ni\u015fasta, hamur i\u015fi, pirin\u00e7, ekmek vb. i\u00e7ermesin.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6\u011flen yeme\u011finizden ziyade ak\u015fam yeme\u011finizi ofiste yemeyi deneyin. Bu yemek de sebze, beyaz et veya bal\u0131k a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olabilir. &#8220;Ofis da\u011f\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra nerede yiyece\u011fim?&#8221; diyorsan\u0131z, hem pratik hem de sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u00f6nerim olacak: Ak\u015fam yeme\u011fini \u00f6ne \u00e7ekin! Saat 17.00 sular\u0131nda yiyece\u011finiz bir ak\u015fam yeme\u011fine ilaveten evde ve uyku \u00f6ncesi t\u00fcketece\u011finiz orta boy bir k\u00e2se yo\u011furt, hem sizi daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 k\u0131lacak hem de kilo vermenize yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u00e7erisine meyve eklenmi\u015f orta boy bir k\u00e2se yo\u011furt veya bir avu\u00e7 dolusu kuruyemi\u015f de karn\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 doyurmaya yeter de artar.<\/p>\n<p>Uyku saatinizden 3-4 saat \u00f6ncesinde yiyip i\u00e7meyi b\u0131rakman\u0131z \u015fart. Ak\u015fam yeme\u011fi olarak her ne yerseniz yiyin protein i\u00e7ermesi de \u015fart. \u00d6rne\u011fin hindi, bal\u0131k, tavuk, peynir, f\u0131nd\u0131k, f\u0131st\u0131k, yumurta gibi g\u0131dalar\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc protein i\u00e7erir. Bu proteinler de do\u011fal bir aminoasit olan triptofan seviyesini d\u00fczenler. Triptofanise beyni sakinle\u015ftirip uykuya haz\u0131rlayan serotonin seviyesini dengeler.<\/p>\n<p>Ofis \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in ideal ak\u015fam yeme\u011fi: \u2019\u00e7orba\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Ama m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse haz\u0131r \u00e7orba olmas\u0131n. Bilmeyenler g\u00f6z\u00fcnde b\u00fcy\u00fctebilir ama \u00e7orba, belki de d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en kolay haz\u0131rlanan, en faydal\u0131 ve en ideal ak\u015fam yeme\u011fidir. Hafta sonlar\u0131nda malzemelerini haz\u0131rlarsan\u0131z, hafta i\u00e7i pi\u015firmesi yar\u0131m saatinizi bile almayacakt\u0131r&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Ofis \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6neriler<\/p>\n<p>Diyetisyen Nurdan Balak\u00e7\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kilo sorunu olan, diyet yapan ya da kilo almamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ofis \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na da \u00f6nerilerini de \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralad\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kalorili beslenmeyi \u00f6neren diyetleri uygulamay\u0131n: Bunlar, k\u0131sa vadeli kilo kayb\u0131 sa\u011flar ama verdi\u011finiz kilolar\u0131 h\u0131zla geri al\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc v\u00fccudunuzun biyokimyasal dengesi bozuldu\u011fu i\u00e7in v\u00fccut o bozulan dengeyi yeniden kurmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015facakt\u0131r. Bu da v\u00fccudunuzdaki trilyonlarca h\u00fccrenin yeterli enerji alamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 isyan olarak yorumlanabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Kaslar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 ihmal etmeyin: Masa ba\u015f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n en \u00f6nemli sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131ndan biri kaslar\u0131n zay\u0131flamas\u0131d\u0131r. Kaslar, hem g\u00fcn boyu oturdu\u011funuz i\u00e7in hem de uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z hatal\u0131 diyetler y\u00fcz\u00fcnden zay\u0131flar. Oysa insan v\u00fccudunda (\u00f6rne\u011fin) bir kilo kas ile bir kilo ya\u011f, ayn\u0131 miktarda yer kaplar. Kaslar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 geli\u015ftirdik\u00e7e kaplad\u0131klar\u0131 yer de artar ve o fazladan yeri de kaslar\u0131 geli\u015ftirirken yakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z ya\u011flardan elde eder! \u00d6zetle, ya\u011f yakmak i\u00e7in kaslar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131z \u015fart! Bu sayede hem zay\u0131flars\u0131n\u0131z hem de kendinizi daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 hissedersiniz.<\/p>\n<p>Ya\u011f yakmay\u0131 abartmay\u0131n: \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc masa ba\u015f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 kaslar\u0131ndan \u00e7ok beyinlerini kulland\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015fler yapar. Beynin ise y\u00fczde 60\u2019\u0131 ya\u011fd\u0131r. Bu ya\u011f\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131 doymu\u015f ya\u011flardan olu\u015fur ama \u00fc\u00e7te biri \u00e7oklu doymam\u0131\u015f ya\u011fd\u0131r ve her ikisi de beyindeki sinir uyar\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n iletilmesini sa\u011flayan sinir liflerinin \u00e7ekirde\u011fini \u00e7evreleyen miyelinin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in son derece \u00f6nemlidir. Bu y\u00fczden \u2019s\u0131f\u0131r ya\u011f\u2019 mant\u0131\u011f\u0131yla haz\u0131rlanan diyetlere itibar etmemeniz gerekir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc beyninizin ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu veri al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fi i\u00e7in ya\u011f gereklidir. Tabii ki burada sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u011f\u0131 kastediyoruz. Bal\u0131k ya\u011f\u0131, tah\u0131llardan elde edilmi\u015f bitkisel ya\u011flar, zeytinya\u011f\u0131 vb \u015eunu da unutmay\u0131n: \u0130yi ve kaliteli ya\u011f v\u00fccudunuzu ya\u011fland\u0131rmaz! Ya\u011f depolaman\u0131za sebep olanlar \u0131s\u0131l i\u015flem g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f, kimyas\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015f, fastfood sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131, rafine edip tekrar tekrar kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya\u011flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Cinsiyet fark\u0131na dikkat edin: Kad\u0131nlarla erkeklerin her alanda e\u015fitli\u011fini savunuyoruz ama beslenme ve diyet konusunda erkek ofis \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ile kad\u0131n ofis \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ayn\u0131 de\u011fildir! Erkeklerin kas yo\u011funlu\u011fu daha fazlad\u0131r ve ya\u011f yakma konusunda hem k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede hem de etkili sonu\u00e7 al\u0131rlar. Genellikle daha uzun boylu ve daha geni\u015f hatlara sahip olduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in de v\u00fccutlar\u0131 daha fazla yiyece\u011fe ihtiya\u00e7 duyar. Kad\u0131nlar ise erkeklere g\u00f6re daha h\u0131zl\u0131 kilo almaya meyillidir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla i\u015f hayat\u0131ndaki kad\u0131nlar\u0131n daha az \u015feker ve ni\u015fasta t\u00fcketmesi gerekir.
