Bu durumu genelde tatl\u0131 krizleri olarak da alg\u0131layabiliriz\u201d diyen Dr.Fevzi \u00d6zg\u00f6n\u00fcl, bu tatl\u0131 krizlerinden kurtulmak i\u00e7in neler yapmam\u0131z gerekti\u011fi konusunda a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Dr.Fevzi \u00d6zg\u00f6n\u00fcl i\u015fte bu noktada tatl\u0131 krizini k\u00f6kten \u00e7\u00f6zecek bir tarif vererek tatl\u0131 iste\u011finin 5-6 g\u00fcnde azalaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Dr.Fevzi \u00d6zg\u00f6n\u00fcl\u2019e g\u00f6re; \u201cBedenimiz enerji olarak kandaki \u015fekeri kullan\u0131r. Kan \u015fekeri, sadece basit karbonhidrat diye tabir etti\u011fimiz unlu yiyecekler, ekmek, \u015fekerler, \u00e7ikolata, meyve gibi tatl\u0131 veya unlu yiyecekleri yedi\u011fimizde olu\u015fmaz. Hemen hemen t\u00fcm yiyeceklerin i\u00e7inde mevcuttur. Yeri geldi\u011finde yiyeceklerin i\u00e7erisindeki ya\u011flar\u0131 bile sindirim sistemimiz \u015fekere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrebilir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Tokluk kan \u015fekeri yani yemek yedikten sonra \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclen kan \u015fekerinde de y\u00fckselme olabilece\u011fini dile getiren Dr.Fevzi \u00d6zg\u00f6n\u00fcl, \u201cKan \u015fekerinin y\u00fckselmesi i\u00e7in mutlaka yukar\u0131da sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z basit karbonhidratlar\u0131 almak zorunda de\u011filiz. Hatta a\u00e7 kald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bedenimizdeki bir k\u0131s\u0131m ya\u011flar\u0131 bile  enerjiye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrebilir. Fakat bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm en kaliteli olandan ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in k\u0131sa a\u00e7l\u0131k d\u00f6nemlerinde \u00f6nce y\u00fcz\u00fcm\u00fcz ve gitmesini hi\u00e7 istemedi\u011fimiz cilt alt\u0131 ya\u011flar\u0131ndan ba\u015flar. Bu nedenle a\u00e7 kalarak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z diyetlerde \u00f6nce y\u00fcz\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00e7\u00f6ker sonra cildimizde sarkma olur fakat bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc gitmesini istedi\u011fimiz g\u00f6bek, kal\u00e7a ve basen ya\u011flar\u0131ndan kurtulamazs\u0131n\u0131z\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Basit karbonhidratlar\u0131 yiyecek olarak se\u00e7ti\u011fimizde sindirim sistemimizin yava\u015f yava\u015f di\u011fer yiyecekleri sindirmeyi azalt\u0131r ve sindirim sistemimizin tembelle\u015fmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Dr.Fevzi \u00d6zg\u00f6n\u00fcl, \u201cBir g\u00fcn ekmeksiz doymamay\u0131, midemiz dolu oldu\u011fu halde tatl\u0131 iste\u011fini sindirim sistemimiz tembelle\u015fti\u011fi i\u00e7in hissederiz. Bu durumdan kurtulmak i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikle basit karbonhidratlar\u0131 azaltmak ve sindirim sistemini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek gerekir. Zeytin yapra\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bir \u00e7ok yarar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda bakteri ve mantarlara kar\u015f\u0131 da \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc etkisinin oldu\u011fudur. Bu etkisi ile ba\u011f\u0131rsaktaki zararl\u0131 bakterileri yok ederek, ev yo\u011furdu, peynir, tur\u015fu, sirke gibi g\u0131dalarda bulunan do\u011fal probiyotiklerin ba\u011f\u0131rsa\u011fa yerle\u015fmesine olanak sa\u011flar.
