Uzmanlar, g\u00f6z tansiyonu olarak bilinen glokomun genellikle 40 ya\u015f\u0131ndan sonra ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n erken te\u015fhisi i\u00e7in bu ya\u015f\u0131n \u00fczerindeki ki\u015filerin y\u0131lda en az bir kez g\u00f6z muayenesinden ge\u00e7mesi gerekti\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n

Medical Park \u0130zmir Hastanesi G\u00f6z Klini\u011fi\u2019nden Op. Dr. Mucize Yararcan, glokomun tedavi edilmezse k\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011fe yol a\u00e7abilecek ciddi bir hastal\u0131k oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyerek, \u201cGenellikle 40 ya\u015f\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcndeki ki\u015filerde ve her iki g\u00f6zde g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Ailelerinde glokom hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunanlar, diyabetikler, sistemik tansiyonu y\u00fcksek veya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olanlar, y\u00fcksek miyop ve hipermetrop ki\u015filer, sigara i\u00e7enler, migren hastalar\u0131, g\u00f6z yaralanmas\u0131 ge\u00e7irmi\u015f ki\u015filer, uzun s\u00fcreli kortizon tedavisi alan ki\u015filerde glokom geli\u015fme riski y\u00fcksektir. Bu nedenle bu ki\u015filerin erken tan\u0131 ve tedavi i\u00e7in d\u00fczenli olarak her y\u0131l glokom y\u00f6n\u00fcnden g\u00f6z kontrollerini yapt\u0131rmalar\u0131 gerekmektedir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Glokomda, g\u00f6z sinirindeki hasar\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131nda ba\u015fta g\u00f6z i\u00e7i bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksekli\u011fi olmak \u00fczere pek \u00e7ok fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn etkili oldu\u011funu anlatan Yararcan, \u201cG\u00f6z i\u00e7inde s\u00fcrekli olarak salg\u0131lanan ve g\u00f6z dokular\u0131n\u0131n beslenmesi i\u00e7in gerekli olan s\u0131v\u0131 glokom hastalar\u0131nda yeterince bo\u015falamaz ve g\u00f6z i\u00e7inde birikerek g\u00f6z i\u00e7i bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fckseltir. Y\u00fckselen g\u00f6z bas\u0131nc\u0131 g\u00f6z siniri h\u00fccrelerine zarar verir. Normalde 12-20mm Hg olan g\u00f6z i\u00e7i bas\u0131nc\u0131, glokom hastalar\u0131nda 22mm Hg\u2019n\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcndedir. Ancak g\u00f6z sinir yap\u0131s\u0131 hassas olan baz\u0131 ki\u015filerde g\u00f6z tansiyonu normal oldu\u011fu halde g\u00f6rme sinirinde hasarlar olu\u015fabilmektedir. Bu tabloya \u2019d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck tansiyonlu glokom\u2019 denir. Tam tersine g\u00f6z tansiyonu y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu halde g\u00f6z siniri hasar\u0131 yoksa \u2019ok\u00fcler hipertansiyon\u2019 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve tedavi edilmeyip takip edilir” diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Glokom tedavisi<\/p>\n

Glokom i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan tetkikleri hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n tan\u0131 ve tedavisi i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan Yararcan, \u201cT\u00fcm eri\u015fkin hastalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n rutin olarak g\u00f6z tansiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcp, \u00f6zel mercekler yard\u0131m\u0131yla g\u00f6z sinirlerini de\u011ferlendiriyoruz. Glokomdan \u015f\u00fcphelendi\u011fimiz hastalar\u0131m\u0131zda y\u00fcksek teknoloji cihazlar kullanarak ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 incelemeler yap\u0131yoruz. \u0130la\u00e7 (damlalar), SLT (selektif laser trabek\u00fcloplasti) uygulamalar\u0131 ve implants\u0131z veya implantl\u0131 (t\u00fcpl\u00fc) glokom cerrahisi uygulayarak g\u00f6z i\u00e7i bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131 etkili bir \u015fekilde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcp glokomu kontrol alt\u0131na alabiliyor, b\u00f6ylelikle de g\u00f6rme kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyebiliyoruz” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.
