Dr. S. Handan Karahan Saper, &#8220;Kronik b\u00f6brek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n, \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 b\u00f6brek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan sonra en s\u0131k sebebi hipertansiyona ba\u011fl\u0131 b\u00f6brek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6brek sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na toplumsal fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fturmak amac\u0131yla d\u00fcnyada ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de her y\u0131l Mart ay\u0131n\u0131n ikinci per\u015fembe g\u00fcn\u00fc D\u00fcnya B\u00f6brek G\u00fcn\u00fc olarak kutlan\u0131yor. D\u00fcnya B\u00f6brek G\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn bu y\u0131lki temas\u0131 &#8220;Her Yerde Herkes \u0130\u00e7in B\u00f6brek Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8221; olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnya B\u00f6brek G\u00fcn\u00fc kapsam\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Uzm. Dr. Handan Karahan Saper, b\u00f6breklerin v\u00fccudun en \u00f6nemli organlar\u0131ndan biri oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyerek, &#8220;Hayati g\u00f6revlere sahip olan b\u00f6brekler fasulyeye benzemektedir ve genellikle her insanda 2 adet bulunmaktad\u0131r. B\u00f6breklerimizin idrar \u00fcretmek, idrar yoluyla v\u00fccut i\u00e7in zararl\u0131 maddeleri s\u00fczmek ve idrar yoluyla zararl\u0131 maddeleri v\u00fccuttan uzakla\u015ft\u0131rmak gibi g\u00f6revleri de bulunmaktad\u0131r. B\u00f6brekler ayn\u0131 zamanda kan h\u00fccrelerinin \u00fcretimine de yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. Kandaki kalsiyum ve D vitamininin \u00fcretimine de baz\u0131 hormonlar\u0131n katk\u0131s\u0131yla yard\u0131mc\u0131d\u0131r. V\u00fccudun asit ve baz dengesini de sa\u011flama g\u00f6revi olan b\u00f6brekler bu sayede kan bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131 da d\u00fczenler. B\u00f6breklerin s\u00fczebilece\u011finden daha fazla miktarda tuz al\u0131mlar\u0131nda b\u00f6brekler s\u00fczme ve kan bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenleme g\u00f6revini d\u00fczg\u00fcn olarak yerine getiremez ve tansiyon y\u00fcksekli\u011fi meydana gelir&#8221; ifadelerini kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kronik b\u00f6brek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 b\u00f6brek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan sonra en s\u0131k sebebi hipertansiyona ba\u011fl\u0131 b\u00f6brek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Tuzun v\u00fccudun temel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biri oldu\u011fun ancak haz\u0131r g\u0131dayla al\u0131nan fazla tuzun ve yemekleri tatland\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla eklenen tuzun y\u00fcksek tansiyon hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na (hipertansiyona), b\u00f6brek yetmezli\u011fine, b\u00f6brek ta\u015f\u0131 olu\u015fumuna, mide kanserine, kemik erimesine ve hatta ast\u0131ma sebep oldu\u011funu dile getiren Saper &#8220;Kronik b\u00f6brek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 b\u00f6brek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan sonra en s\u0131k sebebi hipertansiyona ba\u011fl\u0131 b\u00f6brek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bireylerin g\u00fcnl\u00fck ortalama tuz t\u00fcketimi baz\u0131 toplumlarda de\u011fi\u015fmek \u00fczere; 9-12 gramd\u0131r. En son \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar; hipertansiyon hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan bireylerin 6 gram ve alt\u0131nda tuz t\u00fcketmesi gerekti\u011fini belirtmektedir. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck tuz t\u00fcketimi y\u00fcksek tansiyon ila\u00e7lar\u0131ndan bir tanesi hari\u00e7 di\u011ferlerinin tansiyon d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc etkisini de artt\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Herhangi bir hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmayan sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bireylerin g\u00fcnl\u00fck ortalama tuz t\u00fcketimi 6-12 gram (bir \u00e7imdik) olmal\u0131d\u0131r b\u00f6ylece kalp rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fma riski de azalmaktad\u0131r. Yap\u0131lan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada; T\u00fcrk insan\u0131n\u0131n ortalama 16 gram tuz t\u00fcketti\u011fi g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla tuz t\u00fcketimini azaltmaya dair \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ekme\u011fin tuzsuz olan\u0131 tercih edilmelidir&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Tuz t\u00fcketimini azaltacak \u00f6nlemler konusunda da bilgi veren Saper, &#8220;A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 tuz i\u00e7eren konserve, tur\u015fu, sucuk gibi haz\u0131r g\u0131dalardan uzak durmak gereklidir. Yeme\u011fe lezzet katmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan tuzu yeme\u011fin daha tad\u0131na bakmadan eklemekten vazge\u00e7ilmelidir. Sofrada tuz bulundurmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Ekme\u011fin tuzsuz olan\u0131 tercih edilmelidir. Tuz yerine di\u011fer baharatlar tercih edilmelidir. Piyasada yemek tuzu yerine farkl\u0131 suni tuzlarda mevcuttur. Bu tuzlar\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011finde sodyum yerine potasyum bulunmaktad\u0131r ve bu tuzun da uzun vadeli kullan\u0131mlar\u0131 b\u00f6brek yetmezli\u011fine sebep olmaktad\u0131r dolay\u0131s\u0131yla g\u00fcvenli bir se\u00e7enek de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6brek yetmezli\u011fine sebep olan durumlar erken m\u00fcdahale edildi\u011finde geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr yani kal\u0131c\u0131 hasara sebep olmadan tedavi edilebilir.
