Edinilen bilgilere g\u00f6re, \u0130stanbul Siber Su\u00e7larla M\u00fccadele \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ekipleri, lokanta ve restoranlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kuryelere verdikleri yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015f POS cihazlar\u0131 ile vurgun yapan 4 ki\u015filik \u015febekeyi tespit etti. Siber polisi, \u015febeke \u00fcyelerinin, restoranlarda motorlu kurye olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ki\u015filerle anla\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131, \u00f6zel yaz\u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 POS cihazlar\u0131n\u0131 onlara vererek m\u00fc\u015fterinin kredi kart bilgilerini \u00e7ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 tespit etti. Kurye olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u015febeke \u00fcyesi F.\u00d6. ve F.O. ile bu ki\u015filere POS cihaz\u0131 temin eden A.\u015e. ve \u0130.H. adl\u0131 \u015febeke \u00fcyeleri, 28 \u015eubat tarihinde d\u00fczenlenen e\u015f zamanl\u0131 operasyonla yakaland\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u015e\u00fcphelilerin evlerinde yap\u0131lan aramalarda yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015f POS cihazlar\u0131, kopya kart olu\u015fturmakta kullan\u0131lan MSR cihaz\u0131, manyetik \u015feritli kopya kartlar, 200 ki\u015finin kart bilgilerinin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 evraklar ile zanl\u0131lar\u0131n sakland\u0131klar\u0131 adreslerde bir miktar para ele ge\u00e7irildi.<\/p>\n

Yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 oynanm\u0131\u015f POS cihazlar\u0131 ile 200 ki\u015finin kart bilgilerini kopyalayan \u015febekenin, kopyalad\u0131klar\u0131 kredi kartlar\u0131yla 250 bin liral\u0131k para \u00e7ektikleri ya da al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f yaparak vurgun yapt\u0131klar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Emniyetteki i\u015flemlerinin ard\u0131ndan 3 Mart\u2019ta Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y Adliyesi\u2019ne sevk edilen 4 \u015f\u00fcpheli, \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 mahkemece tutuklanarak cezaevine konuldu.<\/p>\n

\u00d6te yandan fast-food restoranlar\u0131n kuryeleriyle anla\u015f\u0131p kredi kartlar\u0131n\u0131 kopyalayarak vatanda\u015flar\u0131 doland\u0131ran \u015febeke \u00fcyelerinin, kopyalad\u0131klar\u0131 kartlardan ATM\u2019lerden para \u00e7ekerken g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. POS cihazlar\u0131yla 250 bin liral\u0131k vurgun yapan 4 \u015f\u00fcphelinin, banka ATM\u2019lerinden para \u00e7ekerken sergiledikleri rahat tav\u0131r dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.
