Uykuda solunum bozukluklar\u0131n\u0131n son d\u00f6nemde t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada dikkat \u00e7ekmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131na de\u011finen Prof. Dr. Karada\u011f, modern ya\u015famda insanlar\u0131n \u00f6nemli sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 ya\u015famaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Bu sorunlar\u0131n temeline indiklerinde sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir uykunun eksikli\u011fini belirlediklerini kaydeden Prof. Dr. Karada\u011f, &#8220;Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 uykudan uzakla\u015ft\u0131k\u00e7a obezite, diyabet, hipertansiyon, g\u00fcnd\u00fcz a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 uyku hali ve \u00e7e\u015fitli i\u015f kazalar\u0131 ya\u015fanabiliyor. Bunun arkas\u0131ndan uykunun \u00f6nemini anlamaya ba\u015flad\u0131k. Uyku v\u00fccutla sa\u011fl\u0131k aras\u0131ndaki alt\u0131n zincir olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131yor. 11 y\u0131ld\u0131r t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada kutlanarak belirli mesajlar veriliyor. Bu y\u0131l\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 uyuma ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015flanma \u00fczerine mesajlar verilecek. Toplumumuzda eri\u015fkinlerde d\u00f6rtte biri horluyor. Horlayan insanlar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131nda nefes durmalar\u0131 apne ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Sabaha kadar nefes almada duraksamalar oluyor, bu da v\u00fccuttaki t\u00fcm dengeleri de\u011fi\u015ftiriyor. Yatmadan d\u00f6rt saat \u00f6ncesinde kafeinli i\u00e7eceklerden, sigara ve alkolden uzak durulmas\u0131 gerekir. 12 ya\u015f alt\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n bilgisayar ve cep telefonlar\u0131n\u0131 yatak odas\u0131ndan uzakla\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131d\u0131r. Hareketli ya\u015fam\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz. Uyku uyuyaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z odan\u0131n sessiz ve karanl\u0131k, belirli bir \u0131s\u0131da ve yata\u011f\u0131n rahat olmas\u0131 gereklidir. G\u00fcnde 6 ile 10 saat aras\u0131nda uyumal\u0131y\u0131z. Bunun alt\u0131nda veya \u00fcst\u00fcnde uyuyanlar sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z uyuyor demektir. Ortalama uyku saati ise 8\u2019dir.
