Sayg\u0131 duru\u015fu ve \u0130stiklal Mar\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n okunmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan bir konu\u015fma yapan \u0130pekyolu Kaymakam\u0131 ve Belediye Ba\u015fkan Vekili Cemil \u00d6zt\u00fcrk, Van ilinin art\u0131k ter\u00f6r ve g\u00fcvenlik sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n konu\u015fuldu\u011fu bir il olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. D\u00fczenlenen \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n ileride Van\u2019\u0131n kentle\u015fme ve \u00e7evre sorunlar\u0131na \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Kaymakam \u00d6zt\u00fcrk, \u201c\u0130pekyolu Belediyesi olarak di\u011fer kurumlar\u0131n i\u015fbirli\u011fiyle \u2018S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Kentler ve Kat\u0131 At\u0131k Y\u00f6netimi\u2019 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenlemenin gururunu ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. Van\u2019da \u00f6zellikle son iki y\u0131lda temel belediyecilik hizmetleri olarak sadece yol ve k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn yap\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00e7\u00f6p\u00fcn arada s\u0131rada toplanmas\u0131 de\u011fil, art\u0131k \u2018daha iyi bir Van\u2019da nas\u0131l ya\u015fayabiliriz\u2019 bunu konu\u015fuyoruz. Art\u0131k Van, ter\u00f6r ve g\u00fcvenlik sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n konu\u015fuldu\u011fu bir il de\u011fil; sanat\u0131n, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn, dezavantajl\u0131 gruplar\u0131n sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n konu\u015fuldu\u011fu ve onlara \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretildi\u011fi bir \u015fehir haline geldi. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ben bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131 \u00f6nemsiyorum ve bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n ilimize, b\u00f6lgemize ve \u00fclkemize hay\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 diliyorum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Van\u2019\u0131n at\u0131k su ar\u0131tma tesisi ile kat\u0131 at\u0131k tesislerinin \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7eken \u00d6zt\u00fcrk, bir il\u00e7e belediyesi olarak geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6nemsediklerini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n

Daha \u00f6nceki d\u00f6nemlerde il\u00e7ede geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn y\u00fczde 2 seviyesinde oldu\u011funu ve \u015fimdi bu oran\u0131n y\u00fczde 6 seviyesine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klayan \u00d6zt\u00fcrk, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n

\u201cBu ciddi bir art\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Elbette ki bu yeterli mi? Hay\u0131r, bu oran T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de y\u00fczde 7 seviyelerindedir. \u0130n\u015fallah bu ilerleyen s\u00fcre\u00e7te devam edecektir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z yo\u011fun bir \u015fekilde devam ediyor. Bir y\u0131lda 5 bin 400 ton geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm malzemesi topland\u0131. Di\u011fer taraftan 10 ton at\u0131k ya\u011f, 40 ton bayat ekmek ve 10 ton yemek at\u0131klar\u0131 topland\u0131. Yine geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme dikkat \u00e7ekmek amac\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk \u2018Geri D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Soka\u011f\u0131\u2019 olu\u015fturuldu.\u201d<\/p>\n

Van YY\u00dc Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Peyami Battal ise, \u0130pekyolu Belediyesinin d\u00fczenledi\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n Van i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma oldu\u011funu belirterek, \u201c\u015eehirleri ya\u015fatan, toplumlar\u0131n zihninde kaz\u0131nan en \u00f6nemli unsurlardan bir tanesi o \u015fehirlerin ruhudur. O \u015fehre ruh verecek yap\u0131lar, alanlar ve insanlard\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla o \u015fehri zihnimizde kazabilecek olan ve bu unsurlar\u0131 olu\u015fturabilecek olanlar insanlard\u0131r. Bu anlamda bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n Van\u2019\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lar kazand\u0131raca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yorum\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
