Van Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ihbar \u00fczerine Asayi\u015f \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Ahlak B\u00fcro Amirli\u011fi g\u00f6revlilerince, \u0130pekyolu il\u00e7esi Bah\u00e7\u0131van Mahallesi Karatekin Sokak \u00fczerinde bulunan bir i\u015f yerine operasyon yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. A\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201cOperasyonda; horoz d\u00f6v\u00fc\u015f\u00fc i\u00e7in kurulmu\u015f bir adet ringin oldu\u011fu, horoz d\u00f6v\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne i\u015ftirak edenlerin bu ring etraf\u0131nda topland\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilmi\u015ftir. \u0130\u015f yerinde 100 adet d\u00f6v\u00fc\u015f horozunun oldu\u011fu, d\u00f6v\u00fc\u015f \u00f6ncesi kullan\u0131lan hassas terazi, d\u00f6v\u00fc\u015f sonras\u0131 yaralanm\u0131\u015f horozlara m\u00fcdahalede kullan\u0131lan flaster, tuzluk, makas, kanl\u0131 bez par\u00e7alar\u0131, 8 kutu ila\u00e7 ve 5 bin 395 TL para ele ge\u00e7irilmi\u015ftir. Olayla ilgili; 49 ki\u015fiye Kabahatler Kanununun 34\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc maddesine g\u00f6re 15 bin 680 TL idari para cezas\u0131 uygulan\u0131rken, 14 \u015f\u00fcpheliye (hayvan d\u00f6v\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcren) 1072 Rulet, Tilt, Lang\u0131rt ve Benzeri Oyun Alet ve Makinalar\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Kanun ile 5199 Hayvanlar\u0131 Koruma Kanunu h\u00fck\u00fcmleri do\u011frultusunda i\u015flem yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 100 adet horoz Do\u011fa Koruma ve Milli Parklar \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne teslim edilerek koruma alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Mevcut huzur ve g\u00fcven ortam\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla bu zamana kadar yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz denetimler, ayn\u0131 kararl\u0131l\u0131kla bundan b\u00f6yle de devam edecektir\u201d denildi.
