Operasyonlarda 62 adet uyu\u015fturucu hap, 4 fi\u015fek skunk, 8 gram eroin, 3 gram esrar, 2 adet ruhsats\u0131z t\u00fcfek ve 2 bin 960 TL ele ge\u00e7irildi.<\/p>\n

Sokak sat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapan Narkotik Su\u00e7larla \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ekipleri, R.A. isimli \u015fahs\u0131n adliye civar\u0131nda uyu\u015fturucu satt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tespit etti. Bunun \u00fczerine \u015fahs\u0131 ve kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 arac\u0131 takibe alarak durduran polis ekipleri takip s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131n ara\u00e7tan att\u0131klar\u0131 3 fi\u015fek skunk maddesini arama sonucu bulunurken, uyu\u015fturucu ticaretinden elde edildi\u011fi de\u011ferlendirilen 2 bin 960 TL paraya\u2019da el konuldu.<\/p>\n

Cumhuriyet Savc\u0131s\u0131\u2019n\u0131n talimat\u0131 ile bir \u00e7ay oca\u011f\u0131nda arama yapan narkotimler 3 bo\u015f kutu lyr\u0131ca 300 mg, 1 tablet 14 adet lyr\u0131ca hap, H.\u00c7. isimli \u015fahs\u0131n \u00fczerinde \u00e7orab\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7ine gizlenmi\u015f 1 fi\u015fek skunk uyu\u015fturucu madde, 4 adet uyu\u015fturucu i\u00e7mede kullan\u0131lan kova tabir edilen pet kutular ele ge\u00e7irildi. H.\u00c7. isimli \u015fahsa T\u00fcrk Ceza Kanunun 188\/3 (Uyu\u015fturucu Madde \u0130mal ve Ticareti), ayr\u0131ca 188\/6 (Re\u00e7eteye ba\u011fl\u0131 Uyusturucu ve uyar\u0131c\u0131 madde etkisi do\u011furan ila\u00e7lar\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f\u0131) kapsam\u0131nda i\u015flem yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Ankara\u2019dan \u00c7orum\u2019a uyu\u015fturucu madde getirilece\u011fini tespit eden narkotimler Sungurlu il\u00e7e giri\u015finde O.G. isimli \u015fahs\u0131n kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 arac\u0131 durdurdu. Ara\u00e7 ve ara\u00e7ta bulunan O.G., H.\u00c7. ve G.K. isimli \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131n \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan aramada 4 par\u00e7a halinde 8 gram eroin maddesi ele ge\u00e7irilirken, \u015fah\u0131slar uyu\u015fturucu madde ile birlikte i\u015flemleri yap\u0131lmak \u00fczere Sungurlu \u0130l\u00e7e Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne teslim edildi.<\/p>\n

Ara\u00e7ta bulunan di\u011fer \u015fah\u0131slardan S.\u00c7. isimli \u015fahs\u0131n emniyette yap\u0131lan \u00fcst aramas\u0131nda \u015feffaf sigara po\u015feti i\u00e7erisinde 1 gram esrar maddesi bulundu. Cumhuriyet savc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan al\u0131nan arama karar\u0131na istinaden Y.\u00c7. isimli \u015fahs\u0131n ikametinde yap\u0131lan aramalarda, 3 tablet 21 adet lyr\u0131ca ile 2 adet ruhsats\u0131z t\u00fcfek ele ge\u00e7irildi.<\/p>\n

E.\u015e. isimli \u015fahs\u0131n uyu\u015fturucu madde ticareti yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgisi al\u0131nmas\u0131 bir arac\u0131 ve i\u00e7erisindeki \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131 fiziki takibe alan polisler yapt\u0131klar\u0131 aramada ara\u00e7ta 26 adet ecstacy, ara\u00e7 s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00fcst\u00fcnde ise 1 adet ecstacy hap ele ge\u00e7irildi.
