Belgeyi alabilmek i\u00e7in ba\u015fvuru \u00f6ncesi belediyeden al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken mimari proje ve ruhsat evraklar\u0131n\u0131 Ho\u015f Geldiniz Masas\u0131 vatanda\u015flara en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede veriyor.<\/p>\n
Kanun ve y\u00f6netmeliklerle belirlenen Enerji Kimlik Belgesiyle binalar\u0131n enerji t\u00fcketim s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmas\u0131, sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131m\u0131 seviyesi, yal\u0131t\u0131m \u00f6zellikleri, \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma sistemlerinin verimiyle ilgili bilgiler belirlenecek. Enerji israf\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek amac\u0131yla yap\u0131lan bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sonras\u0131 al\u0131nacak belgelerin ge\u00e7erlilik s\u00fcresi 10 y\u0131l olacak.<\/p>\n
Resmi olarak yetkilendirilmi\u015f enerji verimlili\u011fi dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k \u015firketleri taraf\u0131ndan verilen bu belgeler A\u2019dan G\u2019ye kadar tasnif edildi. 2011\u2019den \u00f6nce yap\u0131lan binalar i\u00e7in herhangi bir s\u0131n\u0131f belgenin al\u0131nmas\u0131 yetiyor ancak 2011\u2019den sonra in\u015fa edilen binalar\u0131n enerji kimlik belgelerinin en az C kategorisinde olmas\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
