Termal bir otelde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen toplant\u0131da UNESCO\u2019dan gastronomi \u015fehri unvan\u0131 alan Afyonkarahisar\u2019\u0131n bu alanda kal\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak ve kente daha fazla katk\u0131 sa\u011flayabilmek ad\u0131na neler yap\u0131labilece\u011fi konusunda de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulunuldu. \u00dcyelik s\u00fcrecinin koordineli bir \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclebilmesi i\u00e7in koordinasyon kurulu ve y\u00fcr\u00fctme komitesinin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, ba\u015fvuru dosyas\u0131nda UNESCO\u2019ya beyan edilmi\u015f olan taahh\u00fctlerin yerine getirilmesi i\u00e7in eylem plan\u0131 haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 ve UNESCO Yarat\u0131c\u0131 \u015eehirler A\u011f\u0131 \u00dcyeli\u011fi\u2019nin Afyonkarahisar ekonomisine ve tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131na azami katk\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131lacak faaliyetler masaya yat\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Vali Mustafa Tutulmaz yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, gastronominin turizmin en \u00f6nemli ayaklar\u0131ndan oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Tutulmaz \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti;<\/p>\n
\u201cBug\u00fcn gastronomiyle ilgili UNESCO\u2019nun ilimizi yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u015fehirler a\u011f\u0131na almas\u0131yla turizm a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ilimizin bir \u00fcst basama\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmek isterim. Gastronomi turizmin en \u00f6nemli ayaklar\u0131ndan biridir. \u0130nsanlar gezmek, g\u00f6rmek ister ama daha evinden \u00e7\u0131karken neyi nerde yiyebiliriz bunlar\u0131 da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme a\u015famas\u0131ndad\u0131r. \u0130zinlerde tatillerde de harcaman\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 yoktur. Biz bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle turizm a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan parlayan y\u0131ld\u0131z konumunda olan Afyonkarahisar\u2019da \u015fansl\u0131y\u0131z. Bu i\u015fin bir taraf\u0131ndan tutarak sorumluluklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yerine getirmemiz laz\u0131m. Bunun profesyonelce y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi gerekir. E\u011fer profesyonelce y\u00fcr\u00fctemezsek bu \u015feyden \u00e7ok fazla kazan\u0131m elde edemeyiz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u015funu biliyoruz bizim \u00fclkemizde yar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z rekabet i\u00e7eresinde oldu\u011fumuz \u015fehirlerden \u00e7o\u011funu ge\u00e7tik. Belki bizden daha fazla gastronomiye sahip \u015fehirler vard\u0131r ama biz onlar\u0131 ge\u00e7tik. Onlar\u0131 ge\u00e7ti\u011fimizi ispat etmemiz laz\u0131m. Hal ve hareketlerimizle, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131zla davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla g\u00f6sterdi\u011fimiz ba\u015far\u0131yla hak etti\u011fimizi g\u00f6stermemiz laz\u0131m.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Irak \u00d6zel Temsilcisi Afyonkarahisar AK Parti Milletvekili Prof. Dr. Veysel Ero\u011flu ise gastronomide mesafe kat edilmesi i\u00e7in rekabetin \u015fart oldu\u011funu ifade etti.
